A few people have asked whether we'll set up forums or not.
Well, we have. And here they are.
We're still more than happy to handle support requests via email and the ticket system. In fact that's probably the best mechanism for specific problems. For security reasons you should not give out sensitive information in these public forums.
If you have a server problem or question of a more generic nature. Then this could be a could place to ask it. If you don't get an answer here: _please_ contact our support guys and we'll try to get a resolution for you.
BTW, if you were one of the people who'd asked about us setting up some forums, well you'd better get posting! And empty forum is worse than no forum.
