Hi. PHP and MySQL will be preinstalled, at least if you go with the default RHEL4 distro. We will install the webmin control panel (that's the default option on sign up). And if there is anything else you need done on sign up, just mention it on the order confirmation page. Often we can do it for you, or at least get you pointed in the right direction.
