Locked out SSH/WEBMIN

I can't SSH as root or logon to webmin. I remember deleting a user account named "TEST" in webmin minutes before the problem but I'm not completely sure if that caused this. Is there anything I can do in my end or do i have to contact rimuhosting for help?.. also is this gonna cost me anything to have fixed?..

Have you tried gaining console access through the VPS Control Panel?

That should help you get in to fix the sshd and/or webmin issue to open up remote access again.
