Contacting support out of hours

As the support system is unavailable, does anyone know of any other way to contact support out of hours?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I am really struggling now.

Hi Jason. Sorry about that. Our rimuhosting.com database decided to stop working for us during the night at the same time there was a server issue.

Normally the support system will notify/page us in the event of any problems.

I'm going to work on setting up some monitoring so that we'll get the page in the event the support system is unavailable.

Hi, you can actually contact rimu for support (Or I have done in the past!) using Instant Messaging if you have it;-
