I am using SpamAssasain with my mail server. Is there a good filter plugin for SquirelMail so that I can move SPAM mail to trash.

If SA is setting the headers or subject properly, you can just setup a rule in squirrel mail to move any message with whatever you have it flagging spam as the parameter...
For instance, if you setup SA to rewrite the subject with [SPAM] prefixing any suspected spam, go into options->Message Filters and create a new filter that looks at the subject of the message for that string, and moves that message to a spam folder. You may have to turn the filters plugin on, I'm not sure whether it's on by default or not.
Another option is to use the bayesian plugin, BayesSpam. Its lighter than SA, as it doesn't run all the time, just when you check your mail, and seems to do a very good job once you've trained it.

Try SpamBully (www.spambully.com). The best spam filter I have ever used.
Very easy to use and blocks all unwanted e-mail.
