Hi,
I just wanted to give back some praise.
Last night I installed Drupal to my VPS and found to my chagrin that it needed a higher PHP version than I had. I submitted a trouble ticket. Within about 20 minuts I received a response from Shane Howearth that he had installed the series of packages needed to upgrade me to PHP 5.1.1.
When I got the email I expected it to be a CONFIRM, not that the problem had been fixed.
