2007-03-27 Website Changes / Maintenance Notice Alerts

There have been a few updates to the website. See below.

This page can now show just the maintenance notices that affect servers you are associated with. e.g. if you you have a VPS on host1 and we are doing something on host1.

This page also has a link on it so you can get an rss feed of the notices affecting you.

Is a new page that lets you sign up for alerts (via email and sms) about any maintenance notices affecting you.

Same old page but with lots of colorful icons (w00t) and a wee bit more organization than before.

Hi. On the SMS sign up page the instructions are:

Entering SMS Addresses: Enter an SMS/Text number for your mobile phone like +44 (0) 1189 555555 or +1 213 555 5555. You must include the country code (e.g. 1 for the USA, 44 for England).

If I enter my number like "+44 (0) 1189 555555" I get an error message. If I remove the "(0)" to give "+44 1189 555555" it works fine.

Yeah, good call. I've changed the example phone numbers.
