I am looking for a hosting that allows me to install and run X window + WindowMaker + wine + PostgreSQL using Debian. Besides, I need to access wine through x11vnc from time to time. Am I asking too much from plan TawaVPS1?

It is possible to run apps using X11 forwarding, or running VNC on the VPS.

I suspect you would need a plan with 192-256MB of memory to run graphical applications. Regular Debian+postgresql should run fine in a 64-96MB VPS plan.
