Time to wait?

I've just ordered the TawaVPS1 plan. Normally one would get an email saying that the order has been sucesfully completed.

Is it that the email did not arrive, or there is no email? Also, how long does it take to the VPS to be set up?

Hi. After you completed your order you would have ended up on a page that included the following:

Often we can do new setups within 30 minutes of your order. And almost always within 12 hours of your order. We will send you an email when your set up is complete.

We are just working through some tickets that have arrived in the last couple of hours. Your setup will be done soon (probalby in the next hour or two), and we'll then we'll send out a welcome email with your details.

If you have any questions for us then you can reach us via a support ticket from the site. (We tend to let the forum community address questions posted in the forums).
